WILL CALL
When tickets are purchased online through Brown Paper Tickets, the name of the purchaser will be automatically added to the Imaginists Theatre Collective's Ticket Will Call List. The person who purchased the tickets can claim them at the door with valid ID.
WALK UPS
Brown Paper Tickets will not sell tickets after 4pm the day of the show and 1pm on Sundays. Remaining tickets will be sold to Walk-Up patrons one half hour before the show begins. Please call (707) 528-7554 or email tickets@theimaginists.org to find out if tickets are still available on the day of a performance. Please note, if you call or email up to 2 hours or less prior to show time, your message may not be received for a timely response. Please contact us as early as possible.
IDENTIFICATION
Valid ID must be presented for Under 25 | Seniors (62+) tickets.
SEATING
Seating is general admission and is limited.
The doors will open 30 minutes before the performance.
There is NO LATE SEATING. Please arrive early.
TICKET RELEASE
Unclaimed reservations, i.e. Brown Paper Tickets sales, will be released 10 minutes prior to the start of the show.
REFUNDS and TRANSFERS
All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
Tickets may be transferrable to another date in the production. Subject to availability.
